Latto is celebrating her first child with 21 Savage.

The "Big Mama" rapper shared a touching video chronicling her pregnancy with the "redrum" rapper's child on Monday.

The video concluded with audio of what appeared to be friends and family encouraging Latto to "push" during labor.

Latto is celebrating the start of a brand new chapter.

The "Big Mama" rapper is making good on the promise of her forthcoming album, also called Big Mama, by becoming a mother. The 27-year-old Atlanta native born Alyssa Michelle Stephens shared a moving video to her Instagram on Monday, which chronicled her pregnancy.

The video, which contained snippets from her life these past nine months — in the recording booth, relaxing in tropical locales like Antigua, celebrating her coming child with "redrum" rapper 21 Savage — concluded with audio of what appeared to be friends and family encouraging Latto to "push" and "go, go, go," while medical machinery beeps in the background.

The video begins with Latto in Tokyo, announcing her pregnancy to friends in Tokyo.

"Doesn't feel real does it," she asks them, before revealing, "I'm pregnant."

Footage of an ultrasound at 13 weeks cuts to a home video of Latto in 2001, when she was 3. At 19 weeks, the rapper shows her baby bump to family on the phone, who cheer and cry in celebration.

"She literally made a whole album in her stomach for you — your mother is the hardest working woman," one friend tells the camera.

Latto announced her pregnancy in March, by sharing the cover for her forthcoming album Big Mama, the same title her Grammy-nominated song from 2024's Sugar Honey Iced Tea and the music video for her latest single, “Business & Personal. In the video, 21 Savage, born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, placed his hand over Latto's visibly pregnant belly.

The pair have become frequent collaborators since their 2020 song "Pull Up," with Latto getting his first name tattooed behind her ear in 2023 and referring to him in 2025 as "my husband."

Elsewhere in the video shared to her Instagram on Monday, Latto's famous friends like Usher and Angel Reese guess the gender of the baby, which Latto has yet to divulge information about.

"I was already thinking about naming my album Big Mama, and then I found out about you, and it just — everything fell into place," Latto says in voiceover during the social media video. "It's so crazy because I thought this was going to hinder me — making this album sober, being tired and just exhausted, as my body went through all these changes."

In one of the final clips, a 37-weeks pregnant Latto describes being "basically full term, and it's any day now. I'm so ready to meet my baby. I'm never going to leave when my baby gets here, like I need a million dollars to show, because I don't want to leave the house."
