Over the years, the comedian has spoken about her high-profile relationships — including when she dated 50 Cent and Jo Koy — but she is now staying tight-lipped about her new boyfriend.

In March 2026, Handler hard-launched her latest relationship by posting images of her and her partner — whom she calls "Cowboy" — on recent romantic trips to Turkey and Finland.

While not much is known about the couple's connection, Handler has revealed how they met and the special location they traveled to when they first started dating.

Although Handler has not revealed his name, she shared that they met at a Las Vegas blackjack table in November 2025.

In a March 2026 interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Handler recalled that after an Alanis Morissette concert, she sat at a blackjack table at The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino and that is where she first saw him.

"I had to ask this guy sitting at a blackjack table who was wearing a cowboy hat, he had a lot of chips, like, thousands of dollars," the comedian said. "I was like, ‘Hey, buddy, can I borrow $1,000? I’m gonna start winning right away. And he was like, 'Yeah, absolutely!' So he gave me $1,000."

She started winning "immediately" and gave back the loan. "I paid him back another thousand just for interest," she told the outlet. "Which I ended up taking back at the end of the night because I said, 'I don't think he deserved that.' "

Unbeknownst to Handler, her friend, who was with her, gave the man Handler's number, and he texted her the next morning.

Handler is keeping his identity private, but she calls him “Cowboy”

The identity of Handler's new boyfriend is not publicly known, but she refers to him as "Cowboy."

“He’s not a real cowboy,” she told the Las Vegas Journal-Review, “but I call him Cowboy.”

She added that he's her “current Cowboy.”

They traveled to Antarctica when they first began dating

The pair have traveled together since the start of their relationship.

When they met in November 2025, Handler was going to Antarctica for Thanksgiving later that month and she invited him to come along.

“I sent him a link to this trip I went on in Antarctica, and then he bought a ticket and met me there,” she told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “I’m still going strong with this guy. It’s hot, and a woman like me needs a big move like that.”

During the interview with the outlet, she noted she was in Helsinki with her boyfriend.

Handler's birthday is on Feb. 25, and to celebrate the occasion, the couple took a trip to Finland to see the Northern Lights.

"I decided it was time to remind myself of some of the natural beauty in this world, so I swung by Finland for some northern light and igloo action," she wrote on Instagram, captioning a carousel of images featuring her skiing, and getting cozy in an igloo with her boyfriend.

They hard-launched their relationship in March 2026

Handler shared the first glimpses of her latest relationship on March 4 when she posted photos of them together on their trip to Finland.

Five days later, on March 9, Handler followed it up with a series of pictures from Istanbul on Instagram and TikTok.

The collection of snaps featured the couple posing together around the city, and smiling while holding glasses of Aperol spritz cocktails.

"I swung by Istanbul after Finland to check out what goes down during Ramadan. What a city. If I retained 50% of what I learned about the Byzantine, Ottoman, and Arabian Empires, I am much more knowledgeable than when I left," she captioned it.

Handler continued, "What a gorgeous, history-filled trip with a nice injection of my signature nonsense. See you in Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati this weekend. I like to get around."
