Mike Myers appears in Michael, the new Antoine Fuqua-directed biopic about Michael Jackson
The Canadian actor last appeared on Saturday Night Live in 2025 and on the big screen in the 2022 movie Amsterdam
Myers plays CBS Records president Walter Yetnikoff in the biopic
Believe it or not, Mike Myers makes a cameo appearance in the new Michael Jackson biopic.
In Michael, the new movie on the King of Pop's rise to stardom, Myers, 62, plays real-life CBS Records executive Walter Yetnikoff.
The actor looks unrecognizable when he appears in the movie for a memorable scene as Yetnikoff, who was the president and CEO of CBS Records between 1975 and 1990. In the scene, he, Jackson (as portrayed by the late musician's nephew Jaafar Jackson) and lawyer John Branca (Miles Teller) discuss how to get "Thriller" and other music videos produced by Jackson played on MTV.
Yetnikoff led CBS Records during the height of Jackson's fame and success as a recording artist in the '80s. He died at age 87 in 2021.

In recent years, Myers has rarely acted for the screen. He last appeared in a movie with 2022's Amsterdam and prior to that, last appeared in the 2018's Bohemian Rhapsody, a Queen biopic not dissimilar from Michael.
The Canadian star has taken long breaks between acting jobs before. "Every time I make a movie, it’s usually three or four years between," he told GQ in 2014. "I play floor hockey twice a week here in New York City, I have a great group of friends here."

Myers and wife Kelly Tisdale share three children: Spike, Sunday and Paulina. He told GQ that becoming the parent was "the happiest time of my life. I had no idea. I knew I would like it, I didn’t know I would love it this much."
The Austin Powers star emerged last year to make a splashy return to Saturday Night Live, playing Elon Musk in several skits. More recently at the April 18 American Film Institute tribute ceremony honoring his Shrek costar Eddie Murphy in Los Angeles, Myers wore a face full of green makeup to in a cheeky tribute to his iconic ogre character.
