Is Meghan Markle sparkling in some new jewelry?
On Feb. 15, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, sported a blingy diamond ring on her right hand when she attended the 75th NBA All-Star Game in Inglewood, Calif., with Prince Harry. The couple sat courtside next to Queen Latifah during the game at Inuit Dome over Valentine's Day weekend.
There, Meghan wore a ring featuring a large pear-shaped diamond on a gold band, sporting the eye-catching accessory on the ring finger of her right hand.

Jewelry expert Trang Do told the Daily Mail that sporting a special ring on the right hand "symbolizes independence, self-love and personal power."

In September 2017, Prince Harry, 41, proposed to Meghan with a three-stone engagement ring featuring a cushion-cut, ethically sourced diamond from Botswana, where they had one of their first dates, flanked by two smaller diamonds from the personal collection of his late mother, Princess Diana.
"It's beautiful, and he designed it; it's incredible," Meghan said in a joint BBC interview with Harry.
In the years that followed, the Duchess of Sussex made some adjustments to her engagement ring.

In May 2019, jewelry enthusiasts noticed that Meghan's engagement ring was set with a micro-pavé band, refreshing the ring, which originally had a solid yellow gold band. The new look was spotted when she and Harry introduced their first child, son Prince Archie, during a photo call at St. George's Hall at Windsor Castle.
A few years later, in 2022, the Duchess of Sussex debuted a hidden halo of diamonds around the three stones in her engagement ring when she attended the Invictus Games in the Netherlands.

The following year, Meghan went without wearing her engagement ring for a short time and only sported her Welsh gold wedding band and diamond eternity ring. PEOPLE understood the engagement ring was being serviced after a setting came loose.
