Madonna reflected on the thought of receiving a "hole pic" in a candid conversation about her sex life for the dating app Grindr.
"They could be beautiful," Madonna said. "If you don’t like the way they look? Pass. Until you get a nice brown star!"
The Queen of Pop sat for the video convo alongside Drag Race winner Bob the Drag Queen, playwright Jeremy O. Harris, and more.
Madonna is living up to the title of her forthcoming Confessions II album, as the Queen of Pop opened up about her sex life — and the idea of receiving a "hole pic" — in a new, candid conversation about sexuality with a group of queer media personalities.
In a new video filmed for the LGBTQ dating app Grindr (below), Madonna sat alongside RuPaul's Drag Race winner Bob the Drag Queen, playwright Jeremy O. Harris, designer Raul Lopez, dancer Ivy Mugler, and Marcello Gutierrez as the group discussed a wide range of topics about sex and intimacy.
"How do you feel about a hole pic?" Madonna asked at the top of the clip, wasting no time getting down and dirty for details on the group's preferences.
She later observed that “they could be beautiful" when some members expressed distaste for such photos. "If you don’t like the way they look? Pass. Until you get a nice brown star!" Madonna joked.
Other topics covered during the video included "big dick, bad kisser," pondering whether or not "size" mattered in a partner, and Madonna's reveal that John F. Kennedy Jr. was the "best f---" of her life.
“If you have a strained relationship with your father, you will be good in bed,” Bob later said, before the conversation turned to serious matters of queer empowerment — something Madonna has long championed throughout her career.
“That’s all I wanted to do, was take care of them and fight for them and give them courage," Madonna said, referencing her insistence on spotlighting queer dancers in the early '90s — including around the release of her 1990 smash hit "Vogue" and her signature 1991 documentary Truth or Dare. "When I was coming up, they were my ride-or-dies. I didn’t feel judged by them."

Rounding out the conversation, Madonna revealed that her go-to sex music is compositions by Oscar-winning musician Ryûichi Sakamoto, before asking the entire room to mimic the sound they make when they orgasm.
The Grindr video comes amid Madonna's rollout for Confessions II, which is out July 3 and marked a return to her dance-pop roots on buzz single "I Feel So Free" and the album's first proper single, "Bring Your Love" featuring Sabrina Carpenter.

Entertainment Weekly also previously reported that Madonna had joined the cast of Seth Rogen's The Studio comedy series, for which she traveled to Italy to film in the same location that she shot her legendary "Like a Virgin" video in 1984.
The role will be Madonna's first major live-action performance in a significant production in 24 years, following the release of the film Swept Away in 2002.

Elsewhere, Madonna is still working on her self-directed biographical film that's set to star actress Julia Garner.
In January 2022, EW exclusively reported that Uncut Gems actress Julia Fox met with Madonna for a potential role in the film as Madonna's longtime friend, Debi Mazar, whom she first met inside an elevator at New York City's iconic Danceteria club in the '80s. The venue served as a key stepping stone in Madonna's early career, enough so that she also named a Confessions II track after it.
