The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's eldest daughter Farrah is pregnant and expecting her first baby. The 37-year-old real estate agent and reality TV star announced the exciting news on Instagram, sharing pictures of herself holding the sonogram with her growing baby bump on full display.
"My most exciting launch yet. Coming soon late November 2026 ✨"
In the comment section, the soon-to-be first-time grandmother, shared her excitement for the baby on the way and the new era ahead.
"😭❤️ I can't wait for this new chapter!! 🥹🙏 I love you so much Fairy!" she wrote.
Mauricio Umansky, Richards' estranged husband, is just as excited for the family's new addition. He also commented under the pregnancy announcement with a heartfelt congratulatory message for the soon-to-be mom.
"You are gorgeous and I'm so happy for all of us and this baby is going to be so loved ❤️❤️❤️ " he wrote. "I can't wait wooohooo."

The mom-to-be also received congratulatory messages from her younger sisters, Alexia, Portia and Sophia, who mentioned their excitement for the new baby.
"!!!!! Make way for Aunty Alex!!!" wrote Alexia. Echoing her sentiments, Sophia commented, "I can't wait for our baby." Sophia left another comment under the post, calling the announcement the "best news of my whole lifeeee!!!"
The youngest of the bunch, Portia, shared her excitement for the new addition, writing, "We're having a babe!!!! 😍😍😍"
Farrah also received a congratulatory message from cousin and mom of three Nicky Hilton. "Yayyyy 💘💘💘" the loving mom wrote in the comments.

Farrah is a real estate agent at The Agency, which was featured on Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills. She starred alongside Mauricio, who is the owner of The Agency, and her younger sister Alexia, who is also a real estate agent with the company.
"I always have been interested in real estate since I was a little kid. I'd drive around to open houses with my mom and Mauricio when I was 6, 7, 8 years old, I'd love to see all the houses," the University of Southern California grad told The Daily Dish in 2016.
She continued, "I know L.A. geographically really, really well having grown up here. I was an only child for the first eight years, so I spent a lot of time with them and was very interested in everything Mauricio was doing. But I have my own love for property and being in L.A. there's some of the most amazing properties and lifestyles in the world."
