Kiefer Sutherland has been arrested following an incident in Los Angeles on Monday, Jan. 1, according to reports.
Sutherland, 59, was arrested shortly after midnight when officers responded to the scene near Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue in Hollywood. Authorities reportedly arrested Sutherland following in an incident in which he allegedly assaulted a ride-share driver, NBC Los Angeles reports.
The Young Guns actor allegedly physically assaulted and made criminal threats towards the driver, KTLA reports, citing authorities.
The A Few Good Men star was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal threats, the LAPD confirmed to NBC. Neither party incurred injuries that required further medical attention, the outlet reports.

Jail records reviewed by PEOPLE indicate that Sutherland was arrested and booked into jail at the time of the incident, and was released on a $50,000 bond on Monday. He is next due to appear in court on Feb. 2 at Los Angeles County Superior court, according to the arrest records.
