Savannah Guthrie is an unapologetic shipper of Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein.

On a June 2 episode of the "Today" show, the host directly asked the "Office Romance" costars whether they were dating in real life and pushed back when the "Jenny From the Block" singer didn't give a yes-or-no answer.

"There's never a time when I'm seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don't try to put me with the person," Lopez told Guthrie.

The "Ted Lasso" star joined in quipping, "I think if you stand near her, that's what happened." He joked that he's been intentionally standing very close to Lopez for that reason after Guthrie said "that's what you wished would happen."

Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein attend the Netflix's "Office Romance" World Premiere at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood on May 26, 2026 in Los Angeles.

The TV journalist refused to settle with Lopez's response, adding: "I'll just say because I'm me and you know me, that was not an answer... You didn't say yes or no."

The "Selena" actress responded, saying the media have long "put me" with men she has been spotted with or worked with. "I think I was with Kevin Costner this year. There was a lot of people," she said.

"That's what happens when you're, like, a hot, eligible, single person," Guthrie said, to which Lopez responded, saying: "Does not make it true."

Are Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein dating?

Following Guthrie's prying, Lopez eventually caved in with a concrete answer.

"Okay, so you're not dating," Guthrie asked one last time.

"Not dating," Lopez replied before Guthrie moved on.

Speculation that Goldstein and Lopez had a Hollywood romance follows an Oct. 15 episode of "Watch What Happens Live," in which Lopez told host Andy Cohen that Goldstein was the best on-screen kiss she ever had.

Rumors escalated as fans fawned over the chemistry between the two during the press tour of Netflix's new rom-com "Office Romance," which follows an airline CEO (Lopez) and the company's new attorney (Goldstein) as they develop a secret romance as troubled workaholics. The movie releases on the streaming giant on Friday, June 5.

Guthrie also teased Goldstein for having an encyclopedic knowledge of Lopez's rom-com career after he correctly answered that her first role was in 1995's "Mi Familia," and her next three projects.

"I could sit here all day with you," Guthrie told the two. "I would like to be in this situation."
