Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have finalized their divorce, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
The country star (real name Jason DeFord) and podcaster (real name Alisa DeFord) finalized their divorce earlier this month. TMZ was first to report the news on Friday, July 17.
While the exact details of the settlement are confidential, per court documents obtained by the outlet, Jelly, 41, and Bunnie, 46, will be splitting items including their homes, cars, an aircraft and their intellectual properties.
Jelly will also make a one-time, confidential lump sum payment to Bunnie, so there will be no alimony claims to be made in court.
Reps for Jelly and Bunnie did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment

On May 18, Jelly quietly filed for divorce from Bunnie after 10 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences, per court documents obtained and viewed by PEOPLE on June 16.
At the time, reps for Jelly and Bunnie did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment
Days later, Jelly broke his silence about his split from Bunnie (real name Alisa DeFord) at a gig in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
“Me and my wife are best friends, we will always be best friends,” he said, adding: “She will probably be the only woman I’ll ever love the way I loved her.”

According to Jelly, “nobody cheated on nobody.”
Shortly before Jelly broke his silence, Bunnie spoke about their breakup on her podcast and revealed their divorce would be settled in the next three weeks.
She said that the former couple still planned to have a baby together (Jelly has two children from other relationships, daughter Bailee, 18, and son Noah, 9.)
A source told PEOPLE that the pair have “always had a complicated dynamic.”
The source said that “they still love each other but were no longer on the same page about certain things, including what they wanted their future to look like.”
A separate source recently spoke to PEOPLE about how Jelly was dealing with the split.

“The reality is that he will always love her, but that doesn’t mean that he wants to stay married,” the source said. “He’s in a very different place than he was when they met.”
The source noted that, for the first time, Jelly “feels healthy, focused and in control of his future.”
