Hundreds of competitors will take on the Isle of Man's End to End Walk on Sunday, covering 39 miles (63km) from the Point of Ayre to The Sound.
The event, organised by the Isle of Man Veteran Athletes' Club, is one of the Island's longest-running endurance events.
What is the route?
The route runs down the Island's west coast
The course runs the length of the Island, north to south:
Point of Ayre to Bride, then on through The Lhen and Jurby West to Ballaugh Cronk
Orrisdale and Kirk Michael to Peel, following the promenade
Patrick Street and Glen Maye to Dalby
Eairy Cushlin and the Round Table crossroads, down the Sloc to Ballakillowey
Four Roads roundabout and Port St Mary to the finish at The Sound
When does it start and finish?
The race starts at 08:00 at the Point of Ayre.

Competitors have 10.5 hours to finish, meaning the last walkers are expected at The Sound by 18:30.
There are three timed cut-off points along the route, and anyone who arrives after the deadline is retired from the race.
11:00 - Ballaugh Cronk
13:45 - Peel
15:00 - Dalby (St James's Church)
What road closures are there?
The route stays open to traffic throughout, with walkers asked to keep to the right-hand side of the road facing oncoming vehicles.
The one exception is the road between the Round Table crossroads and Ballakillowey, over the Sloc, which will be one-way southbound for all vehicles between 12:30 and 16:30.
