Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson are giving the fans what they want!

Months after Sherrod teased a potential show was in the works, the designer and her builder husband revealed they have two projects currently in production during an interview with USA Today published on Monday, April 20.

The pair are currently filming two new shows that are set to be released later in 2026: Home Abroad with Egypt and Mike and Deserving Design.

Sherrod told the outlet that their new projects represent “all the things that are important to us,” from their passion for real estate and home design to giving back to others.

“For those who have watched us for years, they know we believe in giving back and paying it forward,” she said. “That is what we are passionate about. At the core, these projects speak to our desire to help people, to build legacy and to use real estate and design to build impact.”

The pair did not reveal what network or platform the new shows will air on, or when the exact premiere dates will be.

PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for Sherrod and Jackson.

The couple's next chapter comes almost one year after they first shared the news that their HGTV show, Married to Real Estate, was ending in a June 2025 Instagram post. At the time, the pair shared that they heard about the cancellation after just returning from a family vacation in the Mediterranean.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE months later, they told fans to be sure to “tune in for what's next” while opening up about how the shocking news made them feel at the time.

"We came back on this amazing high and I lie to you not, we were still at the airport loading our bags in our car when management and the agency called us to tell us about the show," Sherrod told PEOPLE at the time, adding that "it was insane."

Sherrod said the cancellation was “just the beginning” of their journey, noting she has several other businesses and projects with her husband, including their company Indigo Road Realty and their podcast, Marriage and Money.

The news came amid a number of high-profile cancellations from HGTV at the time.

Married to Real Estate first premiered in January 2022. The series was set in Atlanta and followed the married duo as they worked to help clients make a home for themselves in dream neighborhoods they never thought they'd be able to afford.

The show also documented their busy family life. Sherrod and Jackson — who tied the knot in September 2010 after six years of dating — share daughters Harper and Kendall. Sherrod is also stepmom to Jackson's older daughter Simone from a previous relationship.
