Newly obtained dispatch audio regarding shots fired at Rihanna's Beverly Hills, Calif., home provides more insight into the chilling incident.

On Sunday, March 8, police were called to the pop star's residence after a woman allegedly opened fire from a car outside the property, an LAPD spokesperson previously told PEOPLE.

Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 35, was later arrested and booked on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the alleged crime, PEOPLE previously reported. She is being held on $10.225 million bail.

Rihanna, 38, lives at the home with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their three children, sons RZA, 3½, Riot, 2½, and 6-month-old daughter Rocki, a source told PEOPLE.

The family was home when the shots were fired, PEOPLE previously reported, citing the source.

In the dispatch audio from the LAPD West Division obtained and reviewed by PEOPLE, at 1:19 p.m. local time, the dispatcher can be heard relaying information from a 911 call to officers over the radio, saying, "...approximately 10 shots heard."

The person reporting, who the dispatcher refers to as the "PR" in the audio, "believe the shots came from across the street ... the upper gate," they said, adding that the PR "does not have visual."

The dispatcher identified the suspect’s vehicle as a white Tesla Model 3 with a paper license plate and told officers it was fleeing the area.

"Ten gunshots fired from the vehicle at the gate," the dispatcher said. "Suspect number one is a driver, female Hispanic, blonde hair, wearing a white shirt."

In the audio, the suspect was described as having her hair in braids and wearing a cream-colored blouse. Her car was dirty at the bottom, they said, adding that a passenger was "firing a gun."

By about 1:48 p.m. local time, a police pursuit was underway.

Officers soon after located the car at the Sherman Oaks Galleria Shopping Center, they said in the audio.

Ortiz was apprehended about 30 minutes after the initial call came in.

“When they pulled the suspect over and took her into custody, they searched the vehicle and located an assault rifle and seven casings,” Armen Arias, an LAPD spokesperson, told the Los Angeles Times.

The LAPD spokesperson previously confirmed to PEOPLE that officers recovered a weapon, and no injuries were reported.

Authorities have not disclosed a possible motive.

Police found bullet holes in a gate at Rihanna’s home and in an RV parked in the driveway, Arias said, per the Times.

It is unclear whether Ortiz has retained an attorney who can speak on her behalf.
